**Job Summary**:
Our HR Country Services is looking for an HR intern to join the team in Modena -Italy.
**What you will do**:
In this role, you will experience, and learn from, all members of our HR Country Services team.
You will work on various HR related projects addressing Labour Law compliance
You will be involved in the following activities:
- data analysis/reporting,
- provide support to internal clients on local policies related questions
- help the team with presentation creation,participating in internal meetings.
- analysing local contract templates and other simple documents (employment Terms and conditions)
- getting familiar with HR related documents and Labour matters.
**We believe you have**:
- Suggested majors: Bachelor in Economics/Labour Law
- You are collaborative, willing to learn, have great communication skills, high analytic skills, and are organized and proactive.
- Strong knowledge in Labour Law
- Sound knowledge of the English language both written and spoken is a must
