What you'll do
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
The HR Generalist Intern will support the HR Business Partner in managing the main HR Processes.
We are looking for someone creative, strong passion for people, with international and open mindset, who wants to give impact in the company managing HR activities such as training, workforce planning and reskilling, performance and organizational management, support in the implementation of different projects in labor relations and HR special projects.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Economics' Degree and/or Human Resources Specializations
- Fluent in English
What you'll need
- Experience in HR topics, acquired during related or similar internships or studies is preferred
- Interest on Human Resources and people management
- Proactivity, propensity to work in a team as well as independently
- Ability to adapt to different situations
- Good communication skills
