The role will support the HR Team in all processes related to the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle and the systems supporting them.
You will gain experience in both strategic and operational HR processes.Your agenda looks like:As an Intern, you will support the HR Center of Expertise Teams.
Your agenda will include:Talent Performance:Training and Development: Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs.Performance Management: Supporting performance review processes, including data entry and report generation.Market Research: Researching industry trends and benchmarking compensation and benefits packages.Data Analysis: Analyzing compensation data to identify trends and potential disparities.Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.HRIS Data Analytics:HRIS: Managing and maintaining HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, generating reports, and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights.HR Analytics: Supporting data analysis and the data-driven approach applied to HR.What makes you a great fit:A Master's degree in Economics, Humanities, or a related field (specialization in HR is a plus).Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken), Spanish is a nice to have.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).A flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.A passion for teamwork and achieving results in a collaborative environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Your team:As an Intern, you will support the HR Center of Expertise Teams of Bolton Food.What's in for you:Type: InternWorking Hours: Full-time, with flexible remote working options available.Curious About Us?
