Hr Intern

As a HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship will provide valuable insights into HR operations and offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and documenting payroll processes by interviewing key stakeholders both internal (HR Generalist) and external (T&A provider, payroll specialist), collecting and putting into procedure company's specific rules. Conduct research and compile information to create a comprehensive overview of total rewards offered by the company, including compensation, benefits, and other perks. Participate in questioning practices to identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and total rewards programs. Collaborate with the HR team to propose and implement innovative ideas for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR practices.
