The Role Currently, we are offering a paid internship within our Human Resources Department, in our office in Desio, Italy.
The intern will be assisting the HR Team in their daily activities, such as: Collaborating with the Training Development Assistant to organize and manage internal training courses and induction plans for newly hired employees Supporting in the process of updating and archiving job descriptions and other HR documents, as well as updating OPIS internal systems Assisting the HR Management Specialist with the update of the company's organization chart Other tasks as assigned This is for 6 months and can be extended.
What we are looking for: Degree in Psychology/Sociology/similar studies Having attended a Master Course in Human Resources is considered a plus Fresh graduates or Master students who can commit to a full-time job Fluent in Italian and English Commutable distance to Desio (Italy) Benefits: 700 € monthly reimbursement Daily meal vouchers (7,00 Euros/working day) Office Based (you will have your dedicated desk where you will be working from) Flexible hours About us: OPIS is an International CRO with 25 years of experience in conducting Phase I-IV, non-interventional and medical devices studies on an international level.
