Join the Odoo Italian HR team in the daily management of their activities.
As a central department within the company, you will be a privileged point of contact for employees and external organisations.
Responsibilities Concretely, you will: Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organising and conducting interviews.
Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing if needed.
Preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll in cooperation with our accountant and our external tax office.
Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews.
Collaborate with universities and organise/participate in recruiting events.
Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects.
MUST HAVE Excellent knowledge and communication skills in Italian (C2) English.
Italian work permit.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role in Italy.
Strong organisational personal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
NICE TO HAVE Affinity with IT.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environment.
Deep understanding of Italian payroll.
Start-Up/Scale-Up experience.
