POSITION OVERVIEW
The trainee will support many aspects of Human Resource's tasks such as Training and Recruiting.



ACTIVITIES The candidate will support the HRBP team in these activities:



Training management support Operational organization of training courses in collaboration with the Learning Coordinator Reporting and monitoring of training activities using dedicated dashboards Preparation of monthly presentations Document collection and archiving Supporting the management of the selection process for temporary workers Intake meeting with Hiring Manager and HRBP Contacts with employment agencies ("Agenzie per il Lavoro") Conducting (after induction & co-supervising) the structured selection interview Preparation of administrative documentation Other HRBP Service team support activities REQUIREMENTS Degree in Humanities and/or Economics (or related fields) Master in HR will be considered a plus Fluent knowledge of English and the local language Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Outlook Effective organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills JOB LOCATION: Sesto San Giovanni (MI)
