POSITION OVERVIEW
The trainee will support many aspects of Human Resource's tasks such as Training and Recruiting.
ACTIVITIES The candidate will support the HRBP team in these activities:
- Training management support
- Operational organization of training courses in collaboration with the Learning Coordinator
- Reporting and monitoring of training activities using dedicated dashboards
- Preparation of monthly presentations
- Document collection and archiving
- Supporting the management of the selection process for temporary workers
- Intake meeting with Hiring Manager and HRBP
- Contacts with employment agencies ("Agenzie per il Lavoro")
- Conducting (after induction & co-supervising) the structured selection interview
- Preparation of administrative documentation
- Other HRBP Service team support activities
REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Humanities and/or Economics (or related fields)
- Master in HR will be considered a plus
- Fluent knowledge of English and the local language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Outlook
- Effective organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
