POSITION OVERVIEW
The trainee will support many aspects of Human Resource's tasks such as Training and Recruiting.
ACTIVITIES Training management supportOperational organization of training courses in collaboration with the Learning CoordinatorReporting and monitoring of training activities using dedicated dashboardsPreparation of monthly presentationsDocument collection and archivingSupporting the management of the selection process for temporary workersIntake meeting with Hiring Manager and HRBPContacts with employment agencies ("Agenzie per il Lavoro")Conducting (after induction & co-supervising) the structured selection interviewPreparation of administrative documentationOther HRBP Service team support activitiesREQUIREMENTS Degree in Humanities and/or Economics (or related fields)Master in HR will be considered a plusFluent knowledge of English and the local languageExcellent knowledge of the Office package and OutlookEffective organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsJOB LOCATION: Sesto San Giovanni (MI)
