What will you do?
Support in the managing of temporary contracts;Support in the managing of interviews with candidates;Support in managing personnel at analytics level (master data, training records, tools..);Support in administrative topics (pay, benefit, welfare);Support in the management of HR processes (performance management, talent review, salary review, talent development, etc.
);Support in organizing HR initiatives and programs (local employer branding, engagement action plan).What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Economics, Legal or Humanistic background.
A master in HR would be a plus.Soft skills: Team working; Good communication skills; Proactivity and curiosity; Analytical skills; Flexibility and social intelligence; Problem solving.Fluent in English.What's in it for you?
