Your main responsibilities The candidate, reporting to the Italian HR Manager, will be part of the Italian HR team supporting the HR and administration activities.

In particular she/he will:

support the delivery of the administrative day by day HR tasks to guarantee the respect of the local contract and legislation; ensure that the processes of attendance recording, holiday planning, etc. are adequately managed by the various company interlocutors using Zucchetti HRIS (external Payroll provider); support the elaboration of reports and data analysis, included those requested by Corporate and by the ADs, for the legal entities of the Country; Support in the recruiting process - from posts publication to interviews and final contracts activation; Supervision of the monitoring process of the safety courses imposed by D.lgs 81/08; Support to the organization of training course.
The ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

graduation in Economical/Juridical or equivalent; minimum 2-3 years of experience played in HR department with a focus to personnel administration is needed; Good knowledge of Zucchetti Infinity HRIS is mandatory; good knowledge of CCNL Commercio; excellent practice in excel is mandatory; fluency in English; proactivity, goals oriented, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
