**Summary**:
**Introduction**
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and local labor laws in these countries.
**Responsibilities**:
**HR Administration**:
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with local laws and accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Handle tasks related to new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations on working hours, overtime, and leave.
- Resolve time-related inquiries and payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll information and collaborate with finance.
**Operational HR Management**:
- Develop and streamline HR processes and procedures.
- Ensure effective HR operations across all managed regions.
**Employee Relations**:
- Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee relations issues and guide conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace through communication and engagement.
**Performance Management**:
- Support performance appraisals, including goal setting and feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
**Compliance and Legal**:
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and advise management.
**Collaboration and HR Projects**:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team for seamless hiring processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years in HR, preferably in a multinational environment.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in Czech; English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
- ** Skills**:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in developing and implementing HR processes.
- Familiarity with time administration systems.
