An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist based in Sesto Fiorentino (FI), reporting to the HR Manager EMEA.
This role will manage and support key activities related to the selection, management, and development of personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
The HR Generalist will act as a reference point for Corporate HR activities and contribute actively to operational process management.
Key Accountabilities Manage the entire recruitment process, including active candidate searches through online platforms and dedicated channels.Organize and support the integration of new hires, ensuring a structured and effective onboarding process.Draft employee contracts in line with current regulations and ensure the preparation of required documentation and data compliance (e.g., privacy and labor regulations).Oversee and manage company insurance policies.Contribute to the success of new HR processes and development projects.Prepare and manage local internal communications activities.Ensure HR systems (HRZ/Oracle) are consistently updated with accurate information.Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in similar HR roles.In-depth knowledge of recruitment, personnel administration, and HR compliance processes.Familiarity with HR management tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and recruiting platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.In TOM FORD, you will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach.
