Duties include data entry, special projects, file maintenance and assisting in the administration of HR processes, programs and initiatives.Essential FunctionsEnters and maintains employee information.Responsible for distributing company-wide announcements via email and postings around the building.Responsible for setting up all purchase orders within Oracle and processing department billsResponsible for the administration of the Tuition Reimbursement Program Administers and supports the Service Award programHelps employees with questions and inquires and is the front facing member of the HR teamCoordinates various functions, lunches and gatherings for the teamVerify employment when necessaryOrders supplies, coordinates all UPS shipments and mail for the HR teamActs as HR liaison to employees and assists in special projectsRequired/Preferred Education and ExperienceRelevant degree or initial HR experienceExperience working in an office setting for a mid-sized company preferredProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications. Oracle and Workday experience a plusMust have strong organizing and prioritizing skills attention to detailEffective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high level of confidentialityExperience working for a matrix organisation would be advantageous#LI-AK1SummaryLocation: IT PiacenzaType:
