We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Corporate function in European countries to proactively develop and implement targeted HR and talent strategies that drive business objectives and growth. As an HR Generalist, you will monitor the cultural climate closely, creating a unique employee experience that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Additionally, you will plan and implement HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with Corporate function goals.
This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work model 2-3 days per week from the office.
About the job: Serve as the main point of contact for employees, addressing administrative questions related to policies, processes, and benefits
Assist in gathering HR information and documentation, addressing related requests as needed
Guide and coach managers and associates through the performance management process, ensuring clear performance and behavioral feedback is provided to both employees and managers
Collaborate with managers to develop employee growth plans, assessing and developing high-potential and key talent
Advise on compensation packages for hires and promotions, assist with job leveling, and manage the salary planning process, including bonus and incentive planning
Ensure consistent treatment of employees by being their advocate, maintaining engagement, proposing and implementing actions to increase engagement, and building trust at all levels of the organization
Make decisions based on a clear understanding of contracts and practices, anticipate and forecast employee and labor issues, manage and respond to all external regulatory agencies in coordination with appropriate advisors and consultants
 
About You: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Fluent in English, any other language skills would be beneficial
Pro-active thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Proficient in the use of all MS Office suite programs, programs such as Workday or similar would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to organize and analyze data
