The person will be part of Projects Business Unit joining the HR team.
The person will cooperate with the team in the following tasks:
- Support the drafting of contractual documents (eg employment letters, secondment letters, extensions, contract renewals);
- Onboarding and hiring practices (use of the WorkDay platform and direct interface with the internal and external Payroll team);
- Daily support in management of relationships with individual employees and participation in the decision-making processes;
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
- Support for the management of business traveler employees;
- Support in the management of medical fitness for business traveler and office staff;
- Management of internal reporting, focusing on: Administration, Head Count, Compensation and Labor Cost.
Qualifications:
- Degree in management with a focus on Human Resources
