We are looking for an _**_HR Generalist_**_ to support the HR Managers._

Responsibilities_**
- _ Supporting HR Managers in all day-to-day processes_
- _ Supporting cross function people budget planning, including forecasting and monthly budgeting, in cooperation with the relevant Finance Controllers_
- _ Supporting the internal talent review process, in cooperation with the function managers. Dowload of completion reports, note taking during meetings, preparation of meeting output presentations_
- _ Support in HR admin responsibilities, including review of contracts, policies, translations from English_
- _ Proactivity in the implementation of visual and concise dashboards on HR KPIs_
- _ Support in interacting with internal stakeholders, including projects in collaboration with Richemont Europe and the HQs of our maisons_
- _ Support in extra projects as required by the business_

- _ Strong predisposition for data analysis and attention to detail_
- _ 1-2 of experience in similar positions _

- _ Curiosity and enthusiasm for the HR world in all its facets_
- _ Proven proactive behaviour_
- _ Strong interest in the world of luxury retail_

- _ Speed and accuracy of execution_
- _ Excellent spoken and written Italian and English_
- _ Excellent use of Microsoft Office package_
