Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Human Resources Generalist, located in Milan, Italy. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with managers to drive our HR strategies and support a culture of engagement, diversity, and growth.
What a typical day looks like: Collaborate with managers on recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning.Oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Guide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, fostering a safe and diverse environment.Advise on employee engagement, policy matters, and organizational development.Mentor managers and provide feedback to improve leadership and management capabilities.Support employee life-cycle activities, including onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.Drive employee satisfaction initiatives, working to retain top talent.Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.Lead change management initiatives to align with organizational culture and values.Manage local HR projects, improving processes and enhancing employee experiences. The experience we're looking to add to our team: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.Proven experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on payroll management.Deep understanding of payroll systems, compliance with payroll regulations, and employee compensation processes.Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and talent management.Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels of the organization.
