For our client's People Operations team in Portugal, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a multicultural background with hands-on People Operations tasks from onboarding to offboarding, international mobility, payroll support, and Managing People data through digital tools.
Responsibilities and Duties: Working on core People Operations processes, which include but are not limited to:
Onboarding, offboarding, and mobilitySupporting Mergers and Acquisitions in the regionSupporting benefits administrationManaging relationships with immigration consultants and supporting employeesthrough relocation processesWorking closely with payroll, facilities, and IT team for core people operationsprocessesLiaising with the legal team for any employment-related matters in the regionSupporting employees through tickets or direct requestsSupporting organizational growth in Portugal. About the role: We're looking for someone to replace a sickness absence from 2 to 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.

Main requirements Qualifications: Experience in the Human Resource field in a fast-paced, innovative, engineering/technology company.Proficiency with People Operations tasksMulti-cultural experienceWritten and verbal fluency in English at a professional level. Knowledge of other European languages (i.e. Portuguese) is beneficial.
