Your Role We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Generalist, who can balance being a partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands-on implementer of all day-to-day HR activities.
Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, in collaboration with the international HR team, you will be a generalist covering all facets of HR, including HRIS, Organization, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget Personnel Cost Management, and HR Administration.
In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the local leadership team in deploying the Company People Strategy.
Your Impact Effectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and local organizational design Onboard Technogym talent Partner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development and succession planning Ensure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR-related matters Provide market labor trends and conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure alignment on salaries and market conditions Maintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business results Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring: 2+ years' HR experience Previous experience as a Center of Excellence Expert in talent acquisition, talent management, CB, Learning and Development Experience in a matrix organization and multinational environments Experience in working with HR ERP systems.
