Adecco is hiring for a Cernusco s/N based company an HR GENERALIST.The candidate must have the following requirements:2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role or similar roles.C1 level of English proficiency.Knowledge of Microsoft 365.Main responsibilities include:Provide a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across businesses and functions.Act as a consultant in the processes of talent acquisition, change management, and workforce planning.Implement policies of employee engagement and relations strategy.Consult with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues.Follow established guidelines and interpret policies.What we offer:Initial short-term contract with the possibility of continuation.Salary based on Italian CCNL Commercio confcommercio.Hybrid 2-3 days per week.Lingue conosciute:Inglese: Comprensione Ottimo.Disponibilità oraria: Full Time.
