You will also work on quantitative analysis, organization-specific issues and clients' business performance mainframe.We will count on you to:Working in our Financial Services Consulting Team you will have the opportunity to:contribute to perform job analysis, job evaluation and job matching;cooperate in the activities of data validation, compensation analysis and benchmarking;support the preparation of presentations for clients (in Italian and English);assist in market scouting and market best practices for incentive plans (MBO, sales incentives…);cooperate in the activity of data validation, compensation analysis and benchmarking;support the team in evaluation of total compensation packages and design of new strategic guidelines;leverage the opportunity to further develop your skills and join other Mercer's teams in different HR consulting areas;manage multiple projects with minimal guidance to ensure the quality and timeliness of client deliverables.
What you need to have:University Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Insurance, Management Engineering, Management, Organization, Law or similar is preferred;fluency in both Italian and English languages;excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point); a strong interest for Financial Services sector working with bank finance and insurance sector clientsWhat makes you stand out:strong analytical, organizational and communication skills;strong results orientation and attention to details;interest and attitude to work with clients and passion to work in teams with a cooperative and proactive attitudeEnergy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations
