How you'll live your ambition: As an HR-Finance Controller, you will be at the core of our financial and HR operations, ensuring seamless integration between departments. Your goal will be to enhance our efficiency and drive innovation through meticulous oversight and digital transformation.
Responsibilities: You will monitor and extract critical accounting data from HR Administration systems, ensuring seamless data flow to the Finance department.You will coordinate monthly balance reconciliations and implement necessary accounting adjustments to keep our financial status in perfect alignment.You will collaborate with the HR Administration Team and other departments to revolutionize and digitalize our monthly payroll processes.You will play a key role in exciting 'digital' projects aimed at enhancing our variable incentive systems.You will contribute to projects that drive meaningful changes within our organization.Thanks to your strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and hands-on experience in the field, you will coordinate reconciliations of monthly balances and propose accounting adjustments needed to align the budget.As an integral part of the HR Payroll team, you will collaborate on digitizing monthly payroll processes.You are focused on achieving results and you never give up in the face of new challenges and highest targets.Qualifications: If you think you have a knack for digital tools and an analytical mindset to drive process improvements, this opportunity is just for you!We are seeking individuals who embody the spirit of innovation and excellence.
