Summary Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for an HR Executive that provides support and may supervise some functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, compensation, employee relations, health and safety, wellness and benefit programs, team member services, and special projects.
This position will report to the Cluster Human Resources Manager based in Milan.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Conduct and supervise the recruiting, selection and placement activities, initiating and maintaining relationships with outside sources (e.g., Union, colleges, student associations, employment agencies, recruiters, etc.). Orient new employees to the organization, ensuring that all other companionship courses are regularly followed. Responsible for collecting and verifying employees' documents and other tasks relating to the payroll process. Update and manage the creation and implementation of internal communications. Provide project support through the development and execution of key processes, events, and initiatives. Assist in the planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures, and their dissemination through the Human Resources policy manual, team member handbook, presentations, meetings, and other delivery methods. Manage the administration, communication, and reporting of the hotel's benefits program. Qualifications Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: General knowledge of employment laws and practices. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS system (Zucchetti). Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills essential. Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively; strong problem-solving skills. Experience working in a luxury hotel. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or human resources certification preferred. At least 3 years' experience in the administration of Human Resources programs such as engagement, recruitment, and leave of absence administration. Fluent in Italian and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
