As a part of the Europe HR Payroll Team, you will thrive in this role if you are ready to actively manage the following Missions:Support the Payroll Team for Europe regionAssist in the preparation and submission of monthly payroll reportsSupport time and attendance controlling, ensuring accurate timekeeping recordsAssist with payroll data entry and updating employee recordsSupport in managing all HR documentation and Employment contractsUpdate our internal databasesPrepare payroll reports for management reviewSystems and Essentials:Strong Excel skillsFluent in EnglishStrong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholdersProblem-solving skillsYour Talent:You have experience and understanding of processing payrollYou are highly analytical and numerical with experience in data gathering and reconciliationYou are able to work to tight deadlines and ensure accuracyYou are a strong communicator who is confident building and managing relationships with our internal employees and external partnersThe Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
