You'll be reporting to the Global Equity Compensation Senior Manager, who heads the Value4All program.
This equity compensation strategy is part of our 2027 Social Ambition agenda and it encourages Prysmian employees' share ownership through three share-based plans: 'BE IN on the value creation, say YES to your future, and GROW with the group'.What are you going to do?As a successful candidate, you'll collaborate to:Support the administration and data maintenance of the share plan operationsSupport the fiscal, accounting and financial reportingCoordinate the global HR community and support the global implementation, execution, internal communication, and operation of the share plansWhat will you bring to the table?Solid experience in HR, Finance or consultancyMaster's degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or related fieldPreferred experience in a public company and/or share plan administrationAdvanced IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPointTeam player and open mindsetFluency in English (C1 minimum), fluency in Italian preferredHave a great eye to details as the role requests high level of data management and data entry tasksWhat's in it for you?Competitive salaryState-of-the art professional know-how8 days per month of remote workingGrowing opportunities across the GroupYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
