Our client, a renowned shipping company based in Genoa, is looking for a: HR Employee Relations & Regulatory Affairs Specialist In this role, you will work closely with onboard crew members and onshore HR and Legal teams, playing a key part in fostering a fair, productive, and compliant working environment. Key Responsibilities Support onboard cruise ship teams with daily HR matters. Provide assistance in employee relations and regulatory compliance. Act as the first point of contact for crew members, helping resolve work-related concerns and challenges. Collaborate with onshore HR teams to ensure HR processes align with maritime and international standards. Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies specific to crew members. Requirements Experience in HR (employee relations or compliance preferred). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. Interest or basic knowledge of maritime regulations (STCW, SOLAS, IMO) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
