Hr Data Analyst

Lifesciences Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Data Analyst to join our Team.
This role will focus on supporting HR operations and analytics, particularly in generating data reports and monitoring internal processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Reporting & Analysis: assist in preparing and maintaining HR data reports.Administrative Support: maintain HR databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Collaboration: work closely with HR Team and Managers to gather data and support plans' development; provide status updates.Process Improvement: help streamline HR operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.Prior experience in the role is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Exposure to diverse HR functions and hands-on experience.Seniority levelInternship
