**In this role**, you will be the key data advisor to the Talent Acquisition Function, reporting directly to the Head of Experience you will be driving our data-based decision making, challenging us and being a pioneer people analytics expert in the Italian go to market space.
**IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL**
- Tell us what we should pay attention to - you are the data expert :)
- Identify the correct source of hire per position / vacancy
- Write and periodically revise the job posting to ensure they are attractive and always placed on top of the pages in the correct job boards
- Publish and refresh all job postings 2 / 3 times a week according to the needs
- Conduct business, product, and industry research to provide input to data-driven and effective talent acquisition strategies
- Use established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, focus groups, database mining, etc.)
to gather, analyze, and interpret research data and derive useful information for key talent acquisition initiatives
- Participate in evaluation, analysis, and reporting of new talent acquisition initiatives to understand effectiveness, identify trends, and make forecasts.
- Work with talent acquisition team on recruiting report requests, surfacing data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain talent acquisition analytical reports and talent forecasts using various systems that provide data insights for recruiting leadership, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Help the people function through data-based HR reporting (scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses)
- Maintain our TA Analytics, ensuring consistency in how our metrics are calculated globally
**Requirements**:
- Experience with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, especially with advanced formula
- Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
- Ability to accurately and efficiently manage and analyze complex sets of sensitive and confidential data
- Experience in project management, ability to create plans and track multiple project lines at the same time
- Experience establishing and managing multiple priorities
