Job description:We are searching for an HR Cost Analystics Specialist who, reporting to the Payroll, Administration Reporting Manager, will manage the following activities: Annual Labor Cost Budget and Monthly Forecasting with variation analysis Creation of Monthly Reports for HR Analytics Monitoring (e.g.
turnover, absence, overtime, vacations, etc.)
Digitalizethe Labor Cost and the HR Analytic Reports HR Department Cost Budget and Forecasting Personnel Cost Accounting Entries Support Payroll Process, in particular with reference to personnel cost issues Requirements Degree in Economics Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in the role within an international environment Excellence knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel Experienced in data set manipulation and analysis (eg.
Power BI; Power Query) Ability and aptitude to work toward deadlines with strong flexibility and dynamism Fluency in Italian and English Accuracy and precision, planning and organization with strong analytical skills.
