Cosa faraiThe HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration both with sub-domains key stakeholders and critical internal stakeholders groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions business) in the matrix organization.It's going to act as HRBP for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital IT areas.
He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.Chi seiBusiness understandingHR experience; generalist and/or specialistStrong relationship building, influencing, communication coaching skillsAnalytical, intellectual capacity and desire to learn very quicklyExperience of working in a global, cross country, matrix organizationMust have technical / professional qualifications:DegreeFluent both in Italian and English+2 years of experience within the HR function.
