Within the Human Resources team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as main point of reference for CIO (Chief Information Officer) domain for all human resources-related topics, by partnering the relevant line of business through close collaboration and working with the HR Communities of Expertise (CoEs) and People Services.
The purpose of the HRBP role is to support CIO domain to achieve its strategic objectives:
by building strong relationships with its leaders and in-depth knowledge in multiple HR areas of expertise by shaping and implementing the people agenda through enhancement of leadership capabilities by driving strategic people decisions, such as talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, people development, performance management as well as organisational design, to ensure human capital is optimally managed by having a strong business acumen and affinity with the business line. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements HR strategies to meet business requirements, together with the department management teams Acts as natural sparring partner of management, providing HR support, challenge, and advice on complex issues, involving all relevant stakeholders and CoEs Partners with business leaders in building strategic workforce plans and be responsible for strategic recruitment and insourcing plan by driving and executing it, to ensure highly effective workforce to deploy the Bank's strategy and to meet future growth plans Establishes and implements an effective retention strategy based on local needs by leveraging also on global available resources Supports in developing and executing a robust talent and succession pipeline strategy to deepen and strengthen key capabilities, proactively implementing plans to address key talent gaps and build pipelines to meet future growth plans Partners with departments to drive employee engagement and Organizational Health Continues building the leadership capability and maturity of senior and middle managers, through proper development actions Manages annual compensation round to retain and motivate talents, in line with the Bank's framework Drives more robust and transparent performance improvement culture Key Capabilities/Experience Knowledgeable on organization and management principles, HR functional areas and market practices A proven change agent with a strong results orientation, determination, and tenacity, injects pace and focus A team player, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the courage to take a stand when necessary Self-aware, with impeccable values and personal gravitas A commercial and strategic mindset coupled with strong execution skills Very good analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to drive and execute change in terms of work deliverables and culture Personal Profile Bachelor / University degree in HR management, Law, or Economics At least 7+ years of work experience in human resources field with relevant professional background as HR Business Partner - experience in Tech field and in the HR management of IT profiles is recommended Professional experience gained in a highly regulated environment is considered a plus Understanding of HR; as well as the drivers of our business Previous experience in project management and coordinating talent acquisition plans is a plus Work experience in an international, fast paced, and complex environment is a must Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English MS Office advanced user (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Duration: Temporary
