HR Business Partner (Sales & Service Organization) We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will support our Italian Sales & Service organization, aligning the people strategy with its business strategy.
We are looking not only for a people champion with administrative skills, but also an agent of change and strategic partner for the business. Together with line managers, the HRBP will work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Business Partnership Build a strong and trusted relationship with the leadership team of the Italian Sales & Service organization.
Actively coach, challenge and influence leadership to develop the organizational capability required to enable delivery of business strategy; anticipate the changing needs of the business and drive the active management and development of talent.
In accordance with the Head of HR Europe, work on the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Employee Relations Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Workforce Planning Take action in enabling the organization to become future-ready by focusing on the existing workforce in the organization and prepare them for the future.
Areas that they will work on include:
Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future Staffing & Talent Management Ensure the staffing demand coming from the business is in line with the Operating Plan, supervising the personnel requisition process.
Ensure an effective talent-sourcing process targeting the best candidates and support hiring managers in the selection process in compliance with FAAC global guidelines and local and legal requirements.
Manage new employee onboarding and induction.
Ensure employees and company development by supporting the design and deployment of training programs.
Skills and Attitude: Leadership Skills and Attitude: we would like to welcome on board an HRBP able to express transversal leadership competencies such as: Great communication and presentation skills Brilliant problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and development of good working relationships across the organization Proven experience in change management and project management Positive attitude and dynamic approach Business Acumen: this skill is all about understanding finance principles, risk and reward, and business outcomes. A strong HRBP is someone who not only possesses good HR skills, but also a deep understanding of the industry their business is in. Data literacy : an HR Business Partner doesn't need to become a data scientist. However, we would require an HRBP able to: Understand data interpretation, collection, and creation To read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data Understand HR analytics techniques Digital proficiency: an HR Business Partners should be able to use technology to increase efficiency and drive business results, using HR technology (such as an HRIS) to create and implement HR strategy, apply HR management practices, and track spending. People Advocacy : an HRBP needs to be a people champion with solid legal knowledge to best support the workforce and the business.
