Overview of Role
The role will be responsible for supporting the Wealth Management Business in Milan on key HR processes, providing operational support on day-to-day people matters and in the successful delivery of HR activities at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
The role holder will also be expected to work with the wider HR team through participating in HR projects and programs globally.
Key Responsibilities Support key stakeholders and employees on all HR mattersManage full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to offboardingProvide guidance and manage employee relationsOversee the performance management processEnsure any HR paperwork and process is up to date with the Italian social lawExecute other HR projectsExperience, Skills and Competencies Required Strong foundation of at least 6 years' experience within a HR generalist role within financial servicesAbility to build relationships at all levelsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy are essentialStrong organisational skillsExcellent IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint in particularStrong written English communication skillsExcellent inter-personal skills – to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels (both internally and externally)Self-motivated, proactive and delivery focusedMust be able to work independently and take ownershipAbility to manage several simultaneous activities and prioritise workloadFlexible and professional approach
