Ali Professional , a division of Ali Spa for recruitment of middle and senior management, for a multinational company in the machinery sector is looking for:
HR BUSINESS PARTNER – OPERATIONS Reporting to the HR Director, He/She supports the designated population working in operations (manufacturing and supply chain) and service area, located in two different plants in Italy.
He/She will offer guidance and assistance to functional managers and employees while leading the improvement of the related HR KPIs.
This is a generalist role where the figure will partner with stakeholders across the Company focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee experience & engagement, talent development & performance management, benefits, compensation, and administration support.
Define the strategy and lead the recruitment processes in line with HR Processes and guidelines.
Support the execution of programs aimed at improving employee retention , engagement, and satisfaction, focusing on career development and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights to foster a positive work environment.
Provide recommendations to management based on issue analysis and assist people managers in finding optimal solutions for employees.
Act as a culture champion, promoting the organization's purpose and values throughout all HR initiatives and employee interactions.
Align with Planning to ensure proper workforce planning is in place.
Ensure proper HR Administration for the served population.
Monitor and enhance monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
Support Union relations keeping constant alignment with internal representatives.
Advise Management regarding labor law and employee relations activities.
Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture that reflects the company's values and enhances employee engagement.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master in Human Resources Management.
Experience in Manufacturing company .
Thorough understanding and application of labor laws at the contract level.
English Advanced knowledge.
Excel Advanced knowledge.
Location: between Bologna and Ravenna.
