If so, this HR Business Partner temporary role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.The successful candidate will diagnose deploy appropriate people and culture interventions to deliver the Global Haleon people and culture strategy, in alignment with the business strategy and, as a result, will contribute to further improve business performance.This role will primarily be supporting the people and culture agenda for Italy and across the Southern Europe BU as needed.The role will report to the BU HR Head and be part of the Southern Europe BU HR team.
The HRBP Italy will have a good understanding of the strategic priorities of the BU, as well as HR and alignment of operational activities.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose the need for and manage key people-related projects aligned to business strategy across talent management, leadership development, culture (including Employee Engagement), capability and organizational performance.Deployment of the global talent management strategy processes, including use of data and analytics, to develop a diverse leadership pipeline and succession to key roles.Accelerate future capabilities/address capability gaps delivering a plan in support of the business strategy, with an active involvement in strategic hiring projects.Supporting Learning and Development projects, as well as change management activitiesBuild employee engagement by leveraging global frameworks and resources, partnering and coaching leaders to build an inclusive and high performing team environment.Partnering with the business Reward CoE and People Service Team to apply strategic reward solutions and supporting the delivery of the annual Performance Rewards programs.Be an active member of the Haleon HR Community, building internal networks and relationships across the organization.Qualifications and skillsMinimum 4-6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and/or supporting a business unit or function, with a proven track record of building and delivering an HR agenda that fuels business performance and organization development.Managing HR Projects, tracking key project milestones, deliverable and metrics aligned to HR objectives.Experience with and strong understanding of key HR processes (e.g.
recruitment, performance management, talent management etc).
