**This role in summary**:
As an intern supporting the HR function for Italy Market, you will have the opportunity to widen your knowledge of key HR Processes, such as Talent development, Organizational Design, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Well-being and Engagement.
Moreover, you will have the chance to support the HR Italy Market team and business leaders in managing their teams through main People related processes and tools.
The role will give you the opportunity to experience first hand the HR processes, get a general understanding and experience about the Business HR role and gain independence in guiding several projects within the market and in collaboration with the central HR function.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Support in guiding People programs implementation in Italy market organization, collaborating with HR Italy Market Team, Central HR Coe and HR Operations.
- Provide advisory to business line managers in a timely planning and execution of main People Management processes (e.g.
Performance Management, Compensation Review, Engagement).
- Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life balance, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc., regarding their own organization.
- Support the HR Italy team in the implementation of the people agenda and drive an active contribution towards reaching the goal.
- Autonomously and Effectively drive some of the main streams in the Italy Market such as Sales Incentives process, Internal Communication, Recruitment, Engagement projects.
**Minimum requirements**:
Are you:
- a Master Degree student or fresh graduate in Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology, HR?
- a proficient Italian & English speaker, maybe with some international experience?
- a good user of Microsoft Office/Google Suite, in particular Excel/Sheet and Power Point/Slides?
- A strong team player who shares our values and drive for innovation, with a high willingness to learn, proactive approach and ability to adapt and be flexible?
- a person with high analytical approach, continuous improvement thinking with an out of the box attitude?
