We are looking for an **_intern_** as an **HR Business Partner** for our Headquarter based in Basiano (MI).
YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:
- To work on impactful HR projects, helping to execute our People Strategy
- To ensure HR policies and procedures are executed to the best and within agreed timescales
- To support the HRBP with onboarding processes, making Arcese's culture flow to newcomers
- To manage Labor Relations
WHO YOU ARE:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or Humanistic fields
- You speak English
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner
