If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us.The roleAs a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams and advising leadership on key people strategies.
You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, and driving performance across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert HR guidance and support on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.Develop HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee retention and engagement.Guide talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent in line with business needs.Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.Support managers in performance management and employee development.Facilitate training and development programs to align skills and capabilities with business priorities.Lead or participate in HR projects to support continuous improvement across the HR function.RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues and delivering effective solutions.High degree of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development #J-18808-Ljbffr
