HR BUSINESS PARTNER - INDUSTRIALAbout the Role:Reporting directly to the HR Manager, He/She will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders at both the plant and Group levels to boost organizational capabilities and empower Company people. Their expertise will be key in fostering a positive and supportive work environment, driving success and growth strategies.Main Responsibilities:Serve as a business partner for assigned managers, offering valuable advice and solutionsEnsure the correct implementation of all HR processes within the Industrial scopeOversee Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding efforts to attract and retain top talentsFacilitate learning and development initiatives to enhance people capabilitiesHandle labor relations and maintain positive communication with union representativesFacilitate effective internal communication to keep employees informed and engagedImplement and monitor reward systems to recognize and incentivize employee performanceHandle workers' contracts and addendumsOptimize resource allocation through workforce planningWho We're Looking For:The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience developed in multinational and fast-paced manufacturing companies.The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders, effective communication for both internal and external interactions, and a proactive problem-solving approach. They should have analytical skills to shape HR strategies, excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, and experience in labor relations and negotiations. A deep understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, training, employer branding, and rewards, is essential.
