HR Business Partner (EPCI experience required) Presenta candidatura locations: Milan, IT posted on: Offerta pubblicata ieri job requisition id: R-21879 This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with HR team and grow in HR expertise in a multinational environment.
You will be part of business unit HR team reporting directly to the Sr HRBP.
Your responsibilities Acts as a strategic partner to the business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
Leads and supervises local HR activities.
Collaborates with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives.
Be a sparring partner for the team.
Supports organizational change initiatives.
Monitors and analyses HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
Collaborates with HR colleagues across different business units and functions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within international companies with a matrix organization.
Solid experience in EPCI companies.
Used to work in a matrix organization and ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations and legal regulations in Italy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
Team player.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
