**Who are **we looking for?
**:
An **HR Business Partner** who will be the contact point for Italian employees.
He/she will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and payroll activities.
**What** is the challenge of this role?
**:
Your challenge will be to develop the company's staff to make it grow.
**Must **have?
**:
Fluent English and at least 3 years of HR experience in companies with white and blue collar.

**KEY ACTIVITIES**:
**Reporting**, at first **t**o the South Europe Country Director & European Sales Lead**, **and **in a second moment **to the HR Manager**.
The **main focuses** will be:
- **Recruitment**, also in collaboration with head hunting agencies;
- Management of **onboarding **activities;
- Support **payroll **activities;
- Conception of mandatory **training**;
- Possible interventions for disciplinary action.
***IDEAL CANDIDATE****:
- 3 years of experience in the HR department;
- Graduated in Humanistic or Master in HR field;
- English C1;
- Soft Skills: communication, decision making, problem-solving, organization, innovative approach.
