NOTE:This role will sit in one of these Interbrand locations: Cologne, Milan or Madrid and requires EU work authorizationTHE ROLE:Work with Global Chief People Officer and People Team to ensure that our global strategy is implemented with effect in local marketsWorking across all touch points of our employee experience ensure that our people's experience is reflective of our People PromisePartner with local leadership teams in Germany, Spain and ItalyWork with local leadership teams to understand employee engagement; co-own survey rollouts and analysis; lead and manage action plans and key KPI'sWork with and coach people managers, providing guidance and support as neededWork with local team to align HR activities and local cultural initiatives / internal communicationsAdvise on and adopt DEI best practices, contribute to activity and implement locallyWork with Global Director, Talent Acquisition to ensure effective and high quality recruiting into local marketsManage and resolve complex employee relations issues, supported by OMC/local legal consultancy servicesMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceProvide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.G., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)Work with Global Director, Performance & Learning and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective performance management process, and support the development plans and career developmentSupport succession planning in local marketsWork with Global Chief People Officer and local finance team on reward strategy, benchmark salaries on an annual basis and advise on and maintain local salary bandsIdentify training needs for office teams and share with Learning & Development (Academy) team to executeResponsible for key people data, KPI's and metricsProvide HR policy guidance and interpretationAdvise on contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfersAssist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR mattersProvide guidance and leadership counsel on local business unit restructuresOther ad hoc projects as requiredWHAT YOU BRING:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAstute business skills and commercial understandingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to understand nuance and adapt to different local culturesExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software#J-18808-Ljbffr
