As part of strengthening the HR structure of a major manufacturing company with opportunities for international career development, we are seeking: HR BUSINESS PARTNER - BELGIUM Reporting to the Plant HR Director and directly overseeing an operational staff member, this role will be responsible for managing and developing HR activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES ·Collaborate with other company functions to define professional and training needs, manage compensation and organizational policies, and support the professional growth and development of the workforce ·Focus on Talent activities, particularly on attraction & sourcing for operations roles ·Develop hiring strategies aligned with company needs ·Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes ·Supervise administration and payroll processes in collaboration with the corporate structure ·Manage seasonal workforce peaks in cooperation with other company functions ·Maintain relationships with HR suppliers REQUIREMENTS ·Degree in humanities or economics ·Even minimal experience in a similar role or in talent acquisition, preferably in structured and complex manufacturing contexts ·Excellent command of English ·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ·Knowledge of French is a plus The ideal candidate will also be attentive to resources, capable of operating within processes, and adept at implementing processes and procedures.
Strong organizational skills, effective communication, ability to interact with various stakeholders, dynamism, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Location: Belgium We offer a permanent contract directly with the client company, along with a competitive compensation package.
