Local Unit & Position Description:
**Objective of the role**:
As a HR Business Partner, you will be operating in a newly formed position and reporting to the Global People Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to position yourself as a trusted Business Partner within Supply Chain & Product Assurance with the goal of supporting the division in achieving their People objectives.
Working closely with these areas will provide a great insight into some of the key growth areas within Supply Chain & Product Assurance and the market opportunities.
It will provide an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to shape our teams so that we can maximise and grow market share.
Retaining and increasing staff engagement will be a pivotal focus.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Own and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Support in interpreting People objectives, diagnosing people implications, and translating these into clear actions
- Provide advice and guidance on a broad range of important People initiatives including reward, employee relations, performance management, organisation development/change, culture, leadership, employee engagement and learning & development
- Provide support to leaders on how to effectively manage change
- Coach and support business leaders on how to build employee engagement and maintain highly motivated teams
- Work in partnership with GSS HR, ensuring key stakeholder relations are maintained
- Lead and deliver on specific HR project work, delivering business solutions and working in partnership with the HR team
- Share best practice and knowledge with the HR team to develop the People strategy
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required; higher-level education (Master's) preferred
- Relevant business experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR required
- Knowledge and experience of the TIC industry is desirable
- Proven track record in implementing and supporting change management initiatives
- A demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment and driving continuous improvement and change to support fast organizational growth
- Comprehensive reporting and analytics experience, especially with Excel and Power BI
- A self-driven, service-minded approach to delivering value to stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and work quickly
- Be confident drawing insights from data
- Solution oriented mind-set combined with a pragmatic approach
- A keen interest in achieving results and proactively driving change and completing change processes
- A commitment to DNV's leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
