Integrated into Sinova's Finance, People and Data Department, you will be responsible for steering the **transformation** of Sinova on an **international **scale on **transversal HR aspects**, as recruitment and remuneration processes, talent development and change management.
You will be the interlocutor of the Group HR Direction from the business, and will have to establish a relationship of trust with our country HR teams to succeed.
Your responsabilities will cover the following scopes and projects:
- **Recruitment**: development of the recruitment plans, coordination of the selection and interview process, structuring of the onboarding process.
- **Compen & ben**: implementation of a job grading model, consistency of the evaluation and bonus processes between the different countries.
- **Employee development**: implementation of people reviews and succession plans, identification and animation of the talent pool, coordination of training plans on leadership and management.
- **CSR**: leader for CSR actions with a strong focus on diversity.
- **Employee engagement**: launch a new employee engagement program including engagement surveys and action plans.
- **"People Metrics"**: build and analyze key HR performance indicators.
**Required profile**:
- Holder of an **HR Master's degree or equivalent**, with at least 7 years' experience in an operational or corporate HR function.
- Fluent in **English** to interact and grow within the Group.
- **Agile **and **efficient**, with a good ability to analyse and understand our environment.
**Natural leadership** and real finesse in human relations, capable of uniting our local HR teams and our managers around a federative HR project.
- Real **emotional and intercultural intelligence**, proactiveness.
- **Not afraid of digital** and motivated by the idea of contributing to the digitalization of our organization.
- Going to meet our employees in our different countries among Europe is an additional source of motivation (business trips may represent 40% of the time).
**What can make the difference**:
- Significant experience(s) in HR project coordination in a matrix environment, ideally within an international company.
- Other languages such as French, Spanish, Polish, Russian or German.
- Having been part of the deployment of a program on employee engagement.
