In this role, you will provide support to key stakeholders, managers, plant supervisors and employees.Key AccountabilitiesPartner with key leaders on the execution of local people and culture plans.Support the identification and implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement and retention.Support execution of workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects.Communicate and adopt diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices.Provide support to managers, plant supervisors and employees, acting as the first point of contact.HR practices and employee management (including workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, organisational design).Close partnership with other HR Departments.Ensure that Talent Management initiatives and Training Development activities are implemented, working in partnership with the line management.Participate in key HR initiatives and projects.QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in HR related field such as Social Work Psychology, Management Economics, Law.Sound experience as HR BP in other structured companies (3/5 years).Self-starter, problem solver, result oriented.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels in a matrix organisation.Passion for HR world and innovative ideas.Capable in establishing and maintaining positive relationships.Solid sense of accountability.Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point.Verbal and written fluency in English.Preferred QualificationsWork experience as an HR BP in a Tech Company.Experience in the launch of an HCM System.LocationThis Position is located in Passignano sul Trasimeno (PG) and it is required to travel among the working locations: 85% for Passignano HQ, 15% for Torino Office.What we offerWe provide a fast-paced stimulating environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
