Within Italy "Services" HR organization and reporting to Services HR ITALY, the Human Resources Business Partner will be in charge of the following responsibilities: • Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actions • Be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, managing complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall strategy • Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context.
• Manage HR processes within HR as required/assigned.
• Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations.
• Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor-management relations.
• Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure full compliance with ALSTOM EHS policy.
• Actively coach managers in people management practices.
• Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives.
• Monitor and administer performance management programs and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems.
• Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities.
Minimum qualifications • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR Manager • Able to work in an international and multicultural environment • Ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information • Knowledge of national and local contracts • Flexible, open minded, fair, and balanced judgment • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment being able to take decisions quickly under pressure • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Law, Economics, etc.)
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills • Fluent in English and Italian • Required frequent mobility between sites (60%) • Good command of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office 365 suite, etc.)
The resource could be based on one of our main site (Sesto San Giovanni-MI; Nola-NA; Rome; Savigliano-CN ) and available to 60% of the time in business trip You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
