Join our team as an HR Business Partner at a leading multinational IT company.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, collaborate with diverse teams, and play a pivotal part in shaping our people strategy.
If you thrive on creating impactful HR solutions and are eager to contribute to an innovative organization at the forefront of technology, we'd love to hear from you!In this role, you will:Collaborate with EMEA teams (Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR partners, Rewards, HRIS) to align HR processes and policies with local employment laws and ensure employees are informed.Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities and assist hiring managers with onboarding and offboarding procedures.Provide support during the annual merit review process and other compensation programs in collaboration with EMEA C&B, and manage employee benefits with the EMEA Reward Team.Maintain HR data and employee records, ensuring effective HR administration (Org Charts, staff records, leave administration, contracts, etc.)
and processing changes in employee status, job status, cost centers, and payments.Offer proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees, ensuring appropriate decision-making using relevant policies and regulations.
Coordinate with the Payroll Shared Service Centre and support line managers in payroll-related actions and HRIS data accuracy.Assist in workforce planning through headcount analysis, promote diversity and inclusion practices, support health and wellness initiatives, and work to maintain and deepen the "Lenovo Way" culture.Requirements:Fluent in Italian and English.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within an IT or multinational organization.Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws, with the ability to apply them in complex business scenarios.Experience in talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Avature) and data analytics tools is highly desirable.What we offer:A multitude of professional and personal opportunities and continuous learning.
