**Responsibilities**:
The HR Business Partner works closely with leadership to help build organizational development and people capabilities, with Management and employees to provide daily HR guidance, improve retention, build morale/engagement.
The HRBP will also partner with the management within specific business units and functions to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy.
The main responsibilities are:
- Works closely with business management in order to identify all the staffing related needs within the specific area/function and enables initiation of internal and external recruiting processes. Participates in all the staffing discussions and decisions for the related areas.
- Participates to talent development by acting as key stakeholder in order to give inputs and integrate employee evaluation in People Development processes
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring Labor Law and company agreements compliance.
- Collaborates during the Business Plan and throughout the year in order to support the HC need analysis and the right track of people moves within the specific area/function
Basic Requirements:
- Master's Degree
- Fluent in English
- + 3 YY HR experience
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Previous experience in multi-national companies
- Experience with HR systems is nice to have
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex situations, with different stakeholders, keeping in mind deadlines and processes
- Ability to deal with uncertainty
Additional Information:
- Minimum percentage of travelling required, especially in Italy
- The role is based in Sesto Fiorentino, Florence
